10 Tips essential health

(The Basics of Practice Every Day)



1. Move Over
This includes a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Up a staircase, if they have a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your children, toss balls with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your prosthesis is not only a tool fitness, it is a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It does not need to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing. But it is great when you rise to the occasion. Meanwhile, move more. Thought for the day: Cha, Cha, Cha…. Then do it!

2. Cut Fat
Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, hamburgers and other fatty meats (ie pork, bacon, ham, sausage and ribs). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in versions with low fat content. Nuts and sandwich meat, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited quantities. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheese and mayonnaise. Quote of the day: Lean, mean, fat-burning machine…. So be one!

3. Quitting smoking
The jury is no doubt about this verdict. Since 1960, when the Surgeon General announced that smoking is hazardous to health, Americans have reduced their use of tobacco products that kill. Most recently, we have witnessed a sharp increase in smoking among adolescents and adolescent girls. Could it be the influence of Hollywood? It seems that the stars in all films from the end of the cigarette smoke. Beware. Tell your children the false romance or "strong man" of the position Hollywood smokers. 4. Reduce stress
Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by the experts to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day to do something you want. (That is to Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park, read a book, visit a friend, playing with your dog, listen to music, watch a movie funny. Purchase a massage, a facial or a Discount. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting worse. Avoid difficult people when possible. Quote of the day: When red, pink clouds think…. then float on them.

5. Protect yourself against pollution
If you can not live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in the fumes and the exercise of the highway, near the busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air-conditioning is good. Plante many shrubs in your garden. It's a good pollution and dirt from the street deterrent. Quote of the day: "The smoke is in your eyes"… and your mouth and your nose and your lungs like… pollutants. Humming the song every day.

6. Wear your seat belt
Statistics show that seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car accidents. Thought for the day: down and buckle Buckle up.

7. Floss your teeth
Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it is because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who do not? Thought for the day: Floss being of your body and boss.

8. Avoid Excessive drinking
While recent studies show a glass of wine or a drink a day (two for men) can help protect against heart disease, more than that can cause other health problems such as liver disease and kidney and cancer. Thought for the day: A jug of wine should not last longer.

9. Keep a positive mental outlook
There is a definitive link between living well and healthfully and having a positive outlook on life gay. Thought for the day: You can not be unhappy when you are smiling or singing.

10. Choose your parents
The link between genetics and health is a powerful. But just because one or the other of your parents died young in poor health does not mean that you can not fight the gene pool sent you.
