Advice on skin care

Hooked on the use of tissues or cleaning facial wipes to clean your face? Since these packages are convenient but costly, take time each tissue cut by half when you buy whole. With a little extra effort you earn twice as much cleaning of fabrics and save a little money in the process.

Exfoliate, exfoliate
For a quick, home body exfoliation, combine olive oil with sea salt or sugar. Smooth skin and more circular movements all over the body, avoiding the area of the breast. Rinse under the shower and apply your favorite moisturizer.

Body brush
Dry brush your skin before a shower is an excellent way of stimulating the sebaceous glands naturally in your body. The use of a natural bristle brush, from your feet and lightly "brush" your skin in a circular motion. Followed by a hot shower and slather your body with your favorite moisturizer.

Hydrating Lotion Hand
For ordinary, well-moisturized hands, holding the hand cream on your desk at work or in the car. Apply the cream throughout the day to rejuvenate your cuticles and keep the skin saturated.

Natural Cleaners
Immerse yourself in your refrigerator for cleaning when your facial cleanser is exhausted. In a pinch buttermilk, yogurt and cream are even mild skin cleansers natural.

Moisture alternative
Instead of using a moisturizing cream after your bath or shower, rub almond oil (available at your local health food) in your skin for treatment. Combined with a few drops of your favorite essential oil (peppermint, lavender and neroli), it will leave your skin smooth and supple.

Make shaving easier
An easy way to avoid razor burn after shaving is to moisturize advance. While shaving cream is the most popular method, try to prepare your legs with hair conditioner for a few minutes before shaving. It will hold moisture on the leg and over a very good shave.

Tired eyes solution
Need to get rid of fatigue or swollen eyes immediately? Keep a spoon in the freezer and apply to eyelids for a few minutes to reduce the redness.
