Hair tips : for dry hair

Hair normally has a moisture content of about 10%. If your hair of moisture falls below this level is the key to increase the hair's ability to attract and retain moisture. This is accomplished by using moisturizers. Have a good "humectants" that not only the loss of moisture, but actually attract and retain moisture in the hair cortex. Aides essential fatty (EFA) are very moisturizers. One of the best and most cost-effective essential fatty acids is safflower oil. It is the kind you can buy for cooking. It is rich in EFA. The scalp produces the best EFA is called sebum. The problems once the hair grows past the neck line or does not have direct contact with the scalp the scalps natural oils can not be used throughout the hair shaft. At this stage, you can manually replace the loss of EFA by:

1. Placing 1 or 2 drops of safflower oil in your palms and rub them together.
2. There should be enough to make your hands "shine" the light.
3. Take care your hair (while dry) and "insert" the small amount of oil in the first
and FIN working towards the scalp.
4. Leave this in your hair.
5. 1-2 drops of safflower oil on dry hair is so small, you will not see, it is there. In making the above as often as necessary, make sure your hairdryer will have the right amount of humectants to attract and retain moisture. The key is a small amount will go a long way.
